Enhancing User Satisfaction and Efficiency with a Modern, Accessible Design

TextUs faced significant user dissatisfaction and operational inefficiencies due to separate code bases for our web application and Chrome extension, resulting in inconsistent features and UI. As the Product Manager responsible for these areas, I championed a comprehensive overhaul. By leveraging the Google Side Panel feature, revamping the UI to be mobile-first and accessible, and integrating key features into the Chrome extension, we transformed the user experience. I maintained a clear vision, led UX work and validations, and managed a tight feedback loop during the Beta phase. The outcome? A seamless, modern UI, resolved user complaints, reduced engineering overhead, and a notable increase in NPS.
